She is a member of the California State Bar, the Alameda County Bar Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the California Public Defender’s Association, and the National Trial Lawyers Association. She has also been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers.

Autumn Paine has spent her career dedicated to the defense of those charged in criminal courts. She is passionate about being an active member of the community where she works and lives.  She volunteers for a number of local organizations working with youth.
